Family Matters.

F.A.M.I.L.Y = FATHER AND MOTHER I LOVE YOU !!!

I've always asked myself why is it that it seems easy to set up a family but not easy at all to gather everyone together even if it's just for a simple meal? Then I came to realise that it's because most adults would claim that they have to work while teenagers/young adults would claim that it's boring to be with their family members for they'd see each other most of the time when they're home and even so they don't speak much so they rather spend time with their friends. It's just breaks my heart to see that most young adults and teenagers think that way.

However, from my point of view, a FAMILY is very important. Wether anot, you're rich or poor. Whatever your family background may be, what's important is as long as the family can be together, that's enough. It's not right, to think that only if you have all the money in the world will you be happy. Even if you were rich, you may buy all the things you want but don't forget though the world has changed and you may be able to buy love but would your marriage/relationship lasts? Will you be able to buy health? Will you be able to buy time to be together with your family? Sadly, not at all.

I do hope that people especially young adults and teenagers would think differently when it comes to spending quality time with their FAMILY.

Anxiousness

This is my first time, waiting patiently and excitedly for my course to start. To be honest, I've never had this feeling coming, when I was in primary or secondary school or even when I was studying Tourism & Hospitality at Informatics. I remembered clearly that I would be very happy if I happened to fall sick and didn't have to go to school or if I was well and healthy I would skip school and would wait at my house bus-stop till my parents go to work then I would go back home. Hmm...I've always preferred working to studying because I wouldn't have to do or worry about incomplete homeworks, assignments, projects or failing in an exam.

However, my parents and brother have been encouraging me without fail to get myself enrolled in a school to study for they claimed that education is very important. I remembered my father telling me "All you do is sleep, while the world just keeps changing without you realising it."
He'd tell me "Eleanor! Ask yourself how much time have you lost?" That was when I stepped out of my hermit shell and set a goal for myself. I told myself I must succeed this time not only not to let my family members down but also not to let myself down. It was like a miracle to them when they saw the change in me. Therefore, my parents enrolled me into PSB Academy for my certificate course in business administartion and then we'd see how it goes from there.

Well, It's not that bad after all, for I not only can make new friends and widen my social circle but I can also learn new things. Cheers !

An Unforgettable Moment.

Sunday is a day I used to dislike because the next beginning day would be a Monday and though I may be working full-time in my parents company and see them most of the time. But I'd still be glad to spend time with them after work.

However, my brother and his girlfriend are different from me for they're working in Citibank and would be busy most of the time and would spend very little time with us. But lately, both of them have been coming home early for dinner and so I'm glad that they're able to spend more time with us and it was only last Sunday that I realised that it'd could be quite fun to just gather among ourselves as a family and enjoy a good BBQ meal in our beautiful garden together with Rose our domestic worker of 2 years now, and seeing our pets Rover (My Dog) & Regina (My Rabbit) having fun together simply makes our day brighter. Haha

It was such an Unforgettable moment.
